President/ CEO
James has been in the Senior Medicare Supplement market for 35 years. His experience and expertise has proven well for our clients. He currently serves as a National Advisor for Aetna and works diligently to find what plans will work best for everyone. Giving them the personal touch that only an Axis Medicare Representatives can give.
James is married to his wife Deborah and has 3 children. His eldest attends the University of Kentucky and the other 2 are attending high school in Louisville.
Jamie has several hobbies but his favorite is anything to do with serving others!
Melissa (Missy) Lapinsky

Melissa has several years’ experience with Seniors and Medicare. Missy launched her career in the Senior market in the mid 90’s. She has a passion and love for people, a servant leader and humble heart. Outside of work, Missy spends her time with her family. Happily married with 2 daughters. They enjoy volunteering at church and outside activities.
Ron J Lapinsky

Ron began his career with Axis Medicare Advisors over 18 years ago. He has spent these years in the senior market, representing his clients. He is devoted to guide and educate his clients to satisfy their insurance needs. Ron currently holds a Health and Life Insurance License as well is customer service certified by Axis Medicare Advisors. Ron has been married for over 19 years and has 2 beautiful girls. In his spare time, he serves his community and supports local schools and sports programs.
Elizabeth (Beth) Geis

Elizabeth has been servicing clients for over 25 years. Beth has a very caring nature and enjoys working with seniors. She is dedicated to educating seniors on Medicare and explaining the importance of protecting their assets with the appropriate health care coverage. Beth currently holds a Health Insurance License as well is customer service certified by Axis Medicare Advisors. Beth spends her time with her husband and 2 children.
Elizabeth (Beth) Boatman

Beth began working with seniors over 10 years ago. She has 20 plus years working in customer service positions. Beth has a heart for helping seniors become aware of potential Medicare issues. She is dedicated to helping protect senior’s most valuable assets including their life savings. Beth is both knowledgeable and wise when advising individuals on their specific needs with Medicare. Beth currently holds a Health Insurance License as well as customer service certified by Axis Medicare Advisors. Beth volunteers at church. Enjoys hiking, fishing, volleyball and prefers to be outdoors.
